Here you will find a sample copies of request to be on our Prioirty (paid) Waiting List, a sample of our Holding Deposit form (just like the one used for actually reserving a puppy from a particular litter). These are posted for your information only. They are NOT to be printed and used to submit funds to Grunenfeld. If you wish to buy one of our wonderful puppies or adults, contact us directly, and we will email you a questionnaire, which will be followed by a form to use if we feel our puppy will be a good fit for your family and needs.

PRIORITY WAITING LIST SAMPLE REQUEST

Grunenfeld German Shepherds

15495 Olde Hwy 80, El Cajon, Ca. 92021,USA

I________________________________ am submitting a Priority Waiting List fee made payable to Jackie Athon in the amount of $100.00 to be on a Priority Waiting List for a German Shepherd Male _____ or Female_____ puppy, & color preference of:_____________________.  I want a puppy only with standard hair_______, or standard or long hair will be OK______.

Being on this list does not reserve you a specific puppy. It DOES mean you will be offered an available puppy of the sex and color matching your preference before it is offered to any one who is NOT on the Priority Waiting List.

When you are offered a puppy matching your preferences listed above, you may choose to reserve that puppy. You will have 24 hours after notification it is available to say Yes, or No. If you wish to reserve the puppy, you submit the remaining $400 for the full Holding Deposit ($500) immediately by Money Order, Cashier Check, bank to bank wire, Paypal, or in cash. I do not take personal checks.

Once you reserve a puppy and submit the balance of the Holding Deposit, the puppy is considered sold and is reserved for you. The Holding Deposit is not refundable. Please be sure you read the sample Holding Deposit and Sales Agreement before sending any money.

If Grunenfeld can not offer you a puppy born within the next 4 months meeting your above request, you may request in writing that the $100 Priority Waiting List fee maybe refunded to you. If Grunenfeld offers you a puppy that matches your request, and you do not accept it, the Priority Waiting List fee will not be refunded.

If you turn down a puppy, you may still stay on the Priority Waiting List, and you will be notified of future puppies that also match your request.  Your personal contact information will also be required on the actual form. Please feel free to request one.

HOLDING DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

Grunenfeld German Shepherds

15495 Olde Highway 80, El Cajon, Ca. 92021,USA, (619) 443-0727

I________________________________ am submitting a non-refundable holding deposit made payable to Jackie Athon in the amount of $500.00 for a German Shepherd adult/puppy born (or due) on___________ from Sire:________________________________ and Dam:______________________________. I am reserving a Male ___ or Female___ puppy from the ____ litter, or an adult named ______________________________ (confirm with Grunenfeld for this info). This dog is not reserved until the holding deposit has been actually received by the Seller using Cash, bank to bank wire, PayPal, or Money Order payable to Jackie Athon. We do not accept Personal Checks.

I want a puppy: only with standard hair_______, or standard or long hair will be OK______. The puppy’s color will be either Black/Red or Black/Tan. Red is simply a darker shade of tan.

This holding deposit will reserve a puppy for the buyer until it is ready for release at about 9 weeks of age, or for 10 days (which ever is later). If the buyer completes the purchase of this puppy, the Holding Deposit will be credited to the purchase of this puppy. Holding Deposits are not transferable, are non refundable, and are for a specific litter.

If the buyer requests, the breeder (Grunenfeld) MAY be able to hold a puppy beyond 9 weeks of age if there is good reason as to why it can not be accepted at the preferred 9 weeks of age. Boarding fees of $15.00 per day will apply. This option will be up to Grunenfeld due to the additional time, care and kennel space required to house the puppy. If Grunenfeld agrees to hold the puppy past 9 weeks of age, the puppy must be paid for in full by 9 weeks of age. The boarding fee must be paid at the time the puppy is picked up, and the puppy is considered to be owned by the buyer as of the time the puppy is paid for in full. We prefer puppies to be in their new homes by 11 weeks of age so it will have sufficient time to bond with the new family. The optimum time for bonding is between 7-12 weeks old.

The balance of $____________ will be due before the release of this dog. Shipping and Handling fees, if shipping is needed, are to be paid by the Buyer and are estimated to be about $__________. In the case of puppies, the release date will be at about 8-9 weeks of age.

If for any health reason, the breeder can not provide this puppy/dog to the seller by 12 weeks of age (or within 2 weeks on older puppies or adults), the breeder may move to the next available similar puppy/dog that meets the same description as the above puppy/dog.
